This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game ASTIQ Cryptogram ("the App", "we", "us"), published by ASTIQ, collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information (via Google Sign-In)

When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your:

• Name (display name)
• Email address
• Profile photo URL
• Google account identifier (a unique ID)

Gameplay data

• Your level progress, score (stars), coins, and boosters
• Which levels you have solved, and basic stats (mistakes, hints used)
• Leaderboard entry: your name, profile photo, level reached, and score — these are visible to other players on the in-app leaderboard

Technical data

Our backend provider (Google Firebase) may process standard technical information such as device type, IP address, and app interaction events needed to authenticate you and operate the service.

Advertising data

If advertising is enabled in the App, our advertising partner Google AdMob may collect an advertising identifier and related data to serve and measure ads. You can reset or limit this identifier in your device settings.

2. How we use your information

• To sign you in and keep you signed in across devices
• To save and sync your game progress
• To display the public leaderboard
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App
• To serve ads (if enabled)

3. How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with:

• Google Firebase (Authentication & Firestore) — stores your account and gameplay data. See the Firebase Privacy and Google Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob (if ads are enabled) — see Google Ads policies.
• Other players — only your leaderboard fields (name, photo, level, score). Your email is never shown publicly.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers and protected by security rules that restrict each player to their own data. Leaderboard entries are readable by signed-in players but writable only by their owner. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain your account and gameplay data while your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at the address below. We will delete your users document, gameplay progress, and leaderboard entry. The App also provides an option to delete your account from within its settings.

6. Children's privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
